Cancellation Policy – At Glammdry Spa, your time is very important to us—and we reserve your appointment especially for you, and we understand that scheduling changes may be necessary. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you do not arrive early, as we may be with another client. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please review our policies: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Same day cancellations will forfeit 100% of the deposit and will be charged an additional 30% of service fee. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel appointment at any time you forfeit your deposit. This deposit will be applied to your service. If you fail to show up (no-call, no-show) or same day cancellations there will be an additional 30% charge. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disruptions to other clients. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the deposit and an additional 30% of service fee. We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to be flexible in case of emergencies. However, consistent no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
